OmniTRAX of Denver, Colorado, United States, an affiliate of The Broe Companies, Inc, is a North American transportation services company. With operations in the United States and Canada, it manages and owns several railways and has owned and operated the Port of Churchill in Manitoba, Canada since August 20, 1997. OmniTRAX is an industry leader in the delivery of integrated transportation services. They offer a broad range of transportation and logistics services from railroad and port operations to intermodal and industrial switching operations across the United States and Canada.
