Organ Grinder is the eleventh episode from the second season of the popular American crime drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, which is set in Las Vegas, Nevada.

A prominent real estate developer is discovered unconscious in a casino elevator. After he dies in the hospital, the CSIs suspect foul play. Sarah Sidle notices that a photograph of the deceased man's hands show striations in his fingernails, an indication of heavy metal poisoning. Before the CSI team can retrieve the body, his wife has the organs harvested for transplants, and the corpse cremated. The team struggles to crack the case with the scant evidence available.
