The Outworlds Alliance is an interstellar nation in the fictional setting of BattleTech.

Just like most Periphery states, the Outwords Alliance is the home of separatists, anti-socialist folks tha wished not to deal with the atrocities of the Innersphere just like its founding father Julies Santiago Avellar.
Unlike its counterparts the Outworlds Alliance was not to survive, only because a single man that had left his former life to denounce the horrors of the ravages of the Succession Wars. Though meaning to live in obscurity would find himself creating the cult of Omniss,a philosophical sect; with the only objective to lead in the charge to end the use of all technology that would not be preservation of life. Many that saw the way of the Omniss a light in the darkness fled to Julies periphery homestead. Though this was to the distaste of Julies hermit like side.
Soon with thousands of people turned into tens of thousands followers flowed across Alperheratz, soon even Omniss high members would travel to near by planets, with thousands of followers, with only urge to colonize with the fear of the Universe would soon end.
Soon Julies found that is followers were a well being people but had no technologically adept skills, he was forced to create what he felt was the most horrible of all crimes; forming a government, the Outwords Alliance. created only out of need than want
through the centuries the Outworlds Alliance has been tested and passed but with turmoil abound the alliance has seeked the aid of the clan of snow raven.
