Panaeolus semiovatus, also known as Panaeolus separatus and Anellaria separata is small buff colored mushroom that grows on horse dung.

This is a buff colored mushroom that grows in horse dung and has black spores. The cap is up to 8 cm across, buff to white, parabolic to nearly convex in age. The flesh is thich and white. The stem is 15 cm by 20 mm, solid and smooth, with an annulus. The gills are adnexed and brown to black.
