Pennsylvania Route 287 is a Pennsylvania highway which runs for 58 miles (93 kilometers) generally north-south in north central Pennsylvania. Its southern terminus is at U.S. Route 220 in the hamlet of Larrys Creek in Piatt Township, Lycoming County, and its northern terminus is at U.S. Route 15, 2 miles (1.2 km) north of in Tioga in Tioga County.

From its southern terminus, PA 287 follows Larrys Creek north through the borough of Salladasburg. From there it follows the Second Fork of Larrys Creek north to the unincorporated village of Brookside. From there it continues north to the village of English Center and briefly follows Little Pine Creek, continuing north to the hamlet of Lorenton and the Tioga County line.
In Tioga County, PA 287 continues north along Wilson Creek and its tributaries through Hoytville, Morris, Knapp, and Sweetbriar. Next it enters the borough of Wellsboro and follows Marsh Creek and its tributaries north through Stokesdale and Nile Valley. It then follows Crooked Creek through Middlebury Center, Holliday, Brooklyn, and the borough of Tioga, passing the Hammond and Tioga Reservoirs. Just north of Tioga it follows the Tioga River briefly to its terminus with U.S. 15.
