[edit] Poet Seers
Seer Poets are visionaries who have shaped the course of human development in its quest to understand itself and its environment. The Vedic Rishis were seers who plumbed the depths and heights of human consciousness in the attempt to divine the truth or absolute reality. The immortal works left to us today, such as the Rig Veda, offer glimpses to the seeking soul of ever higher levels of existence. These are the real treasures bequeathed to humanity from the mists of time that have been revealed as prayers, koans, aphorisms or enshrined in story, poem or prose.
Some of the more popular works available on the site include Hafez, Rumi, Rabindranath Tagore, Sri Aurobindo, Sri Chinmoy, William Blake as well as other great sages and mystics of the past and present.
