Pombal (pron. IPA: [põ'baɫ]) is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 626.1 km² and a total population of 58,617 inhabitants.
The municipality is composed of 17 parishes, and is located in the district of Leiria.
The present Mayor is Narciso Ferreira Mota, elected by the Social Democratic Party.
The municipal holiday is November 11.
