Power Pals/Emotion Commotion is episode 4.9 of the Nickelodeon animated television series The Fairly Oddparents. It aired on May 18, 2004.

[edit] "Power Pals"
Timmy's friends decide they've had enough of him mistreating them and become the "Anti-Timmy Force Four." Rather than apologize, Timmy wishes for new friends and is granted the Power Pals, a parody of the Super Friends. Unfortunately, the Pals mistake the Anti-Timmy Force Four for a group of supervillains, and Timmy has to reconcile with his friends in time to warn them.

At a public pool, Timmy is scared to dive off the high-dive, Francis frightens him off the board, and then he is embarrassed because his shorts come off in the pool. Frustrated by his feelings, he wishes to not have emotions any more. His new attitude foils Crocker, frightens Francis and attracts Trixie, but leaves him incapable of enjoying his new-found popularity. People think that Timmy is so cool that he is offered a job first as a daredevil, then as an agent for the CIA. Timmy's emotions are restored while on a mission to rescue Trixie and Chester from an evil madman.

- While Cosmo is transformed into a gelatin mold, he comments that the carrot in the middle of him never moves. This is a reference to the episode Mother Nature.
- Each of the Power Pals are a spoof of DC Comics characters:
- Super Sam: Superman
- Joan Jet: Wonder Woman/The Flash
- Dark Mark: Batman
- Wet Willy: Aquaman
- The Power Pals have a fleet of invisible vehicles, a parody of Wonder Woman's invisible jet.
- Dark Mark has vehicles similar to the batmobile and batcopter.
- The way Super Sam created the fortress of freindtitude is similar to how the young Clark Kent made the fortress in Superman The Movie and Smallville (TV series)

- While trying to embarrass Timmy during class, Crocker tells the class to describe Timmy's naked experience using only words that start with the letter U. During their subsequent conversation, all of Timmy's responses to Crocker start with U.
