I started this article somewhat in error when I couldn't find the main article. Still, I think the settlement of Prairie du Rocher is a separate topic from the present-day incorporated town named Prairie du Rocher. Some information would overlap; the settlement history could go into the main article, but I'm somewhat inclined to keep this one separate as "Prairie du Rocher (French settlement)" or something. I'll let it stew for a while if this doesn't cause too many problems. DavidH 15:32, 22 March 2006 (UTC)
