Prestige Academy of Motion Pictures

The Prestige Academy of Motion Pictures is a Virginia Beach based group that promotes film in the regional community. The Prestige Academy also gives out their Prestige Academy Awards for Excellence in Motion Pictures every year in February, which is what the Academy is known for. The voting members of the Academy include a variety of the top film professionals in Virginia. It was founded in 1992.
