I think this page should have remained as Davitamon-Lotto and a new page started to cover the new team name from 2007 onwards. Team sponsor names change regularly in cycling and it might get difficult to find things in the future with multiple re-directs etc. What does everyone else think?? Iggi 02:57, 12 December 2006 (UTC)

- It's the same team - why should there be a new article for every time a cycling team merely changes sponsor? Other sports do not create new articles every time a sponsor changes - why should cycling? Many cycling team articles need much expansion regarding the history of the team, and it should be reflected that a team name has changed. In this case, the sponsor hasn't even changed: merely Omega (I think) are deciding to promote a different brand. The cycling team infobox that I created a efw weeks back can accomodate name changes in an easy format (which can be viewed on the Quick Step-Innergetic page).
