Projekt Revolution
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Projekt Revolution is an annual concert tour headlined by Linkin Park. Its main focus is to bring together top names in rock and hip-hop in order to bridge the gap between these two music styles (much as Linkin Park attempt to do with their own music) for a concert experience rarely witnessed. In its first three years, Projekt Revolution brought together almost twenty different performers including Adema, Cypress Hill, Korn, Snoop Dogg, and Mudvayne.

[edit] Return Of Projekt Revolution
There was no 2005 or 2006 Projekt Revolution, but in a December 2006 interview with fansite LP Association, Dave Farrell of Linkin Park said "At this point I think we're still finalizing ideas as far as to what, and where and how we're going to be starting our touring, but there will definitely be a Projekt Revolution."[1]
It has been rumored that will be joining Linkin Park on on the Projekt Revolution 2007 Tour. The official line-up will be announced sometime in April on Linkin Park's Official Website.
On April 6, 2007, Joe Hahn of Linkin Park confirmed that My Chemical Romance, Placebo, Taking Back Sunday, HIM, Saosin, and Mindless Self Indulgence will be on the tour, and remarked there there will be "twice as many bands" total [2]. Bands still rumored to be on the tour are Mastodon, The Bled, and Billy Talent.

- ^ Derek: And Phoenix, over the past few months we've been hearing a lot of tour dates overseas. Like for example you're gonna to be doing that date for Shanghai, and you're going to be doing that date in The Bamboozle Festival in East Rutherford..now, what plans does the band have for a tour in the states? Will we possibly be seeing another year of Projekt Revolution or maybe even another small venue LPU tour?
