Pseudomonas oryzihabitans Kodoma, et al., 1985 |
Pseudomonas oryzihabtians is gram-negative, rod-shaped, motile bacterium that can cause peritonitis, septicemia, endophthalmitis and bacteremia. It derives its name from the fact that, in addition to being isolated in clinical settings, it can also be found infecting rice[1]. The type strain is ATCC 43272.
