Ralph Benjamin

Ralph Benjamin, CB (born 17 November 1922) is a British scientist.
Benjamin was born in Darmstadt, Germany. He attended boarding school in Switzerland from 1937, and was sent to England in 1939 as a refugee. He studied at Ellesmere College and at Imperial College London.[1]
From 1971 to 1982, he was the Director of Science and Technology at GCHQ.[2]
