[edit] Fictional character biography
While the original Nazi Red Skull was in suspended animation, Malik's Soviet Union supervisors appointed him as a special agent who would assume the identity of the Red Skull. His plots were thwarted by the replacement Captain America and Bucky of the 40's and 50's.
Later on in life, Malik would be responsible for the deaths of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Richard and Mary Parker, the parents of Spider-Man.
In time, Malik would be assassinated by the orders of the original Red Skull.
