A few weeks back an RFCU turned up a large amount of socks in an apparent walled garden with sockpuppeteer Ockenbock (but I didn't know that at the time and I had filed it here as Viva La France). The above are more suspected sockpuppets of the vandal.

Toni.Cipriani is the main concern here for me (and User:Gwernol also has expressed suspicion). He discovered BBQ Teddy Bear as a sockpuppet (note User_talk:Gwernol#BBQ_Teddy_Bear, User_talk:Gwernol#BBQ_Teddy_Bear_2, and User_talk:Gwernol#One_more_thing). He also happened to discover Teddy.Turner as noted on my talk page. He also commented at Catholic Male's talk page out of the blue. When look at the page history of Catholic Male's talk, I discovered that Cokrspaniel had commented on his talk page...Cokrspaniel's only other contribution is to add userboxes to BBQ Teddy Bear's user page. In addition, the first person to edit Catholic Male's talk page is the IP address 24.8.195.238. This IP was also an editor to BBQ Teddy Bear's user page and the WHOIS results says it's from Boulder, Colorado where this all appears to be based out of right now.

Also of note are Toni.Cipriani's edit to User:Iluvwiki0's user page (Iluvwiki0 was blocked in the earlier case) and this deletion log. Toni.Cipriani edited this page that was created by Ockenbock and edited by 2 others blocked in the original case. Metros232 19:46, 13 January 2007 (UTC)

I was just reviewing the requests for unblocking and came across Viva La France (talk • contribs)'s request for a lifting of an autoblock on the 63.231.90.241 (talk • contribs • WHOIS) (who also has a request up for a lifting of the autoblock). Looking at the situation, the IP is blocked because of Mr. Fart (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log). Mr. Fart was blocked for vandalism to User:Ockenbock. Viva La France claimed early last month to be harrassed by Ockenbock2 (talk • contribs) and User:Ockenbock3 (who have now been indefinitely blocked by me as vandalism only accounts). Looking really further into it, it seems that all of the above are throw-away vandalism accounts that attack each other and warn each other.

Relevant page histories: 6 of these users attacked Frenchpoliceman's user talk [1]. There are also appears to be some linked vandalism at Tuba by Frenchpoliceman Vandalbot007 Viva La France Ockenbock and Cloony Da Baloony. It didn't seem connected at first until I saw these three edits by Cloony Da Baloony to Ockenbock's user page [2] [3] and [4].

There's others like PETA Member whose only 5 edits are to their own user page 3 times, but their first edit is to Ockenbock's talk and the 5th is to Viva La France's user page.

I really think a check user needs to be run to unearth how far this network goes. It's all happened fairly recently it appears and I think it merits an investigation. Metros232 02:56, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

Further, I just noticed that there's a lot of possible vandalism connect to this in the 161.97.219.xxx range of IPs (including 161.97.219.108 (talk • contribs • WHOIS), 161.97.219.144 (talk • contribs • WHOIS), and 161.97.219.237 (talk • contribs • WHOIS)) which all appear to be registered to Boulder Valley School District in Colorado. Let me start by congratulating Metros232 on a very thorough investigation; I find no reason to contradict him. Based on the evidence in front of me we're probably dealing with just one very active puppeteer, whom I agree we'll call Ockenbock. I allow that there may be someone else in on this but materially it doesn't affect matters. So, here's the list of puppets in no particular order:
