I do not understand something about this article. It says that General Hillier was born in 1955 and completed his BSc in 1975 (after enrolling in the CF at 18). This would make Hillier 20 years old on graduation, implying that he started his university studies at 16 (if he completed a standard 4 year program). Either Hillier is rather precocious or he did not complete a standard 4-year undergraduate degree. Does anyone know the details of his education?
