Robbie Horgan

Robbie Horgan (born 7 June 1968 in Dublin) is a footballer for Monaghan United. He has previously played for Shamrock Rovers, Drogheda United, Shelbourne F.C. and Dublin City.
He started his career at Rovers and then moved to Drogheda where he won two First Division titles in 1989 and 1991. After four and a half years at United Park he then moved to Shels where after two and a half years he had won the League Championship and an FAI Cup.
He then signed back for Rovers where he spent another eight years.
Robbie has played in 22 European games the last for Shamrock Rovers against Djurgardens in the UEFA Cup in 2002.
He also remains the only player in the league today to have played at Glenmalure Park former beloved home of Shamrock Rovers FC.
