Robert MacNaughton

Robert MacNaughton (born December 19, 1966 in New York City) is an American actor, best known for his role as Elliott's brother Michael in Steven Spielberg's E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, for which he won an 1983 Young Artist Award as Best Young Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture.[1]
Following roles in I Am the Cheese and a few made-for-TV movies, he moved to Phoenix in 1994 to pursue a career in theater — with little success — and finally became a mail handler for the United States Postal Service in the late 1990s.[2][3] In September 2002, he married his longtime girlfriend Jennifer Butler,[4] with whom he also has a son, Noah.
