The Rochester Brigade is a now-defunct 2001 af2 expansion team. They played their home games at the Blue Cross Arena at the War Memorial in Rochester, New York. Despite having a losing record in their second year (7-9), they managed to make it to their only playoff appearance, but they had a quick exit from the Albany Conquest. After a dismal 3-13 year, the Brigade officially disbanded and ceased all operations. The city of Rochester would be without an arena football team until 2006, with the arrival of the GLIFL's Rochester Raiders.
