Roetgen is a municipality in the district of Aachen in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is located approximately 15 km south-east of Aachen, near the border with Belgium. Roetgen is divided in three parts: Roetgen, Rott and Mulartshütte, which is the oldest part. It is attractive for commuters, because it is close to Aachen.
