Russ Spencer (born 1 March 1980 in Bournemouth, Dorset)[1] is an English television presenter. Most recently he starred in the Channel 4 and E4 series Boys Will Be Girls. Presenting duties have included The Disney Channel, Generation X (BBC), Quiz TV and currently a regular presenter on The Great Big British Quiz (Five). Other credits include guest spots on Never Mind The Buzzcocks and Radio Ga Ga (VH1).

Russ is a pop star and is a member of the band, Scooch who had a top 5 hit with "More Than I Needed To Know".
On 17 March 2007 Scooch reformed and won Making Your Mind Up, a contest to determine the UK's entry in the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest. They will be representing the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest, on May 12, 2007 with the song "Flying the Flag (for You)"
