You have stated here that Sam Myers died of throat cancer, and that is not true. He had undergone surgery and treatment for the cancer, and was home in Dallas, and doing well. The doctors had given him a positive porgnosis...saying that he would be around another 15-20 years. He died of choking. Paramedics tried to resuscitate him, but after 30 minutes were unsuccessful.
