Shankar Dada Zindabad (Telugu language: శంకర్ దాదా జిందాబాద్,translation: Long Live Shankar Dada) is an upcoming Telugu film which is a remake of Bollywood blockbuster Lage Raho Munnabhai. This film would have Chiranjeevi playing the lead role as Shankar Prasad and Srikanth in a supporting role as A.T.M (Any Time Murder). Asin Thottumkal will be playing the same role that actress Vidya Balan did. Sadha will be essaying the role played by Dia Mirza in the original while Sayaji Shinde will be playing the role that Boman Irani played in the original and Raja (actor) will be playing the role that Jimmy Sherghil was playing in the original. The film will be directed by Prabhu Deva. Music will be scored by Devi Sri Prasad.[1][2] The movie is planned to release on July 24, 2007.
