Shotokan Disco

Shotokan Disco is the brainchild of Mark Anthony Dixon (b. 1974, Bolton, England), a multi-instrumentalist musician, designer, producer based in Derby, England and Wrexham, Wales.
Shotokan Disco involves improvisational laptop AV live sets as well as acoustic/electronic music.
Mark Dixon is currently involved in a remix swap project with Mank.
Between 1997 and 2001, Mark embarked on a degree in Music Technology and Audio System Design, alongside Luke Williams (Quinoline Yellow on Skam) and Myles Haughton (Duplo Remote on Fat Cat).
Dixon designs for Chord Electronics, a British high-end hi-fi manufacturer. He also designs for MK Design Services, a multi-media design company.
Shotokan Disco's latest album is now available on the label, Solar Chi.

- Junior (Wrexham)
- Ward 13 (Derby), including Ashley Bird of Kerrang on bass, Rum Diaries was remixed by Blue States

Mark co-wrote several songs that were performed by Ward 13 and featured on the award winning BBC1 program Black Dog as part of the [1] On the Edge season.
Mark has also written audio/music for several TV programs including:
