This is from a photograph I took of a Smithwick's ale billboard. I cropped and altered the perspective etc. and as such I reckon it now comes, in copyright terms, under fair use. In other words I believe the copyright in this image rests with the owners of the Smithwick's brand of ale. If I have any copyright over the image (very unlikely), due to the fact that I took the photo, I release it under CC-BY-SA-2.5. But I don't think I do and I believe Diageo, the owners of the brand "Smithwick's" own the copyright. I am uploading this image for illustrative purposes for the Smithwick's article on Wikipedia. By uploading this image I am not acting on behalf of or with the permission or knowledge of Diageo. If this violates the copyright terms for wikipedia please feel free to remove this image but please let me know and tell me why. Thanks.
