South Pesisir (Indonesian: Pesisir Selatan) is a regency (kabupaten) of West Sumatra, Indonesia. It has an area of 5,727.89 km² and a population of approximately 413,800 people. The capital is Painan.

South Pesisir is divided in 11 subdistricts (kecamatan):
- Basa IV Balai Tapan, Batang Kapas, Bayang, IV Jurai, Koto XI Tarusan, Lengayang, Linggo Sari Baganti, Lunang Silaut, Pancung Soal, Ranah Pesisir, and Sutera.
