Legs that seem 6 feet long? I'm removing it as it doesn't make sense, putting her taller than a large portion of the population. Hackwrench 03:14, 27 November 2005 (UTC)
Someone should add a bit about Speed Racer clips being used in techno.

[edit] Quentin?
"As a proper name, Go is the equivalent of the English name Quentin." - does that mean that Quentin is his real name in the English version and "Speed" is his nickname? -HKMARKS 02:36, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
RESPONSE: I believe it actually refers to the fact that GO means five in Japanese, and Quentin is a name that derives from a word meaning five. -Clovis15 10:22, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Info about the circumstances of the English dubbed version
It would be good to see further incorporation of some of the material available online as to the circumstances of the show's English-language versions, though the article shouldn't turn into a fan site type of thing... it could be nonetheless valuable to have a little about the tiny amount Fernandez and the others were paid (and the fact that one of the actors was actually sharing the salary of another), how Fernandez arrived at his versions, the fact that (if I recall correctly) they didn't get royalties, etc. It would take me a while to collect all this and properly edit it, so if someone else can do it on the fly, that would be a useful addition. [edit] Legacy and Cultural Reference
Doesn't Cyber Formula awfully remind you of Mach GoGo? To me, it's the actually spiritual successor of the series.Suredeath 03:27, 19 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] pronunciation
How do you pronounce マッハ? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 202.147.43.82 (talk • contribs) .
- "Makha"... it is actually to say it, because I am a spanish native trying to pronounce a japanese word for an english user :-) -- ReyBrujo 03:31, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Production replica cars
Some time between 1998 and 2000 an auto production company built a sport car that looked exactly like the Mach 5 and sold a few thousand of them for about US$51,000. Does anyone have a link to their site (assuming that the company still exists)? I think I might have saved a few of their promo photos, but uploading them may incur copyright problems. — Loadmaster 01:18, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
