Stephen Douglas (journalist)

Stephen Douglas is a British journalist, currently working for ITV Border.
Douglas often does reports for the flagship programme Lookaround.
Stephen's reporting style is sadly influenced by the current ITV 'buzz phrase' of reporter involvement - long pieces to camera to tell the story.
Steve (as he's known to his friends) is a London boy, but made the move to Cumbria in 2004.
When he returns home, Steve can often be seen standing on the terraces of his beloved Barnet FC.
On Saturday March 24, 2007, Steve received the prestigious award of ITV Young Journalist of the Year 2007 and has described himself as being "chuffed".
