[edit] Plot
The episode opens with the new "Cleveland Rocks" montage. Lewis is watching TV by himself at Drew's house while Drew, Oswald, and Kate play pool in the backyard. After Lewis "finishes" watching TV, he invites them all back inside, but Oswald and Kate stay behind to make out. Nicki Fifer, a real estate agent for Drew's new neighbors, asks him to allow the construction crew to put a dumpster in his yard. He agrees, even though she refuses his request that the construction workers not work too early in the morning. Drew then realizes that he is a pushover and vows to become more assertive from now on. At work, Drew installs a closed-circuit television in the company boardroom which he can view from his computer. He does this so that he can review footage of the ideas he proposed in a meeting with the executives and hear the board's comments about him. Kate watches the video as well, and when Mimi discovers what Drew did, Kate buys her off. Drew and Mimi both see Larry and Mrs. Louder having sex in the boardroom, with Larry role playing as a monkey for her.
At Mimi's apartment, Mr. Wick is still holed up from the storm in the last episode. Mimi now convinces him that Winfred-Louder is in ruins. She also tells him about how Larry is having sex with Mrs. Louder in attempt to steal Mr. Wick's job. He initially does not care, but Mimi convinces him to fire Larry. Back at the store, Kate and Oswald try to keep Drew in the dark that they are currently dating. Mrs. Louder ends up firing Larry, telling him that Wick sent a memo threatening to expose the video of the two of them having sex. Larry's wife ends up finding out about the affair and throws him out of their house. Mrs. Louder apologizes to Larry and yells at Drew for videotaping them having sex. However, she promotes Drew to Larry's old job. Drew feels guilty and lets Larry move into his basement. At Drew's house a drunken Mrs. Louder shows up and gives Larry some money since she made him lose his job.
Back at the store, Drew resigns from the board of directors after Mrs. Louder tries to persuade him to plant stolen jewelry in Mimi's purse in retaliation for getting Larry fired. However, Mimi sees Drew with jewelry in his hand and runs off, calling for security. He ends up putting the jewelry in her desk drawer, figuring there is no point in attempting to help Mimi. Fed up with all of the problems at work, Drew fights back against the neighbors until Nicki agrees to remove the dumpster from his lawn. He then attempts to remain assertive by asking her out on a date, but she turns him down. The show concludes with more footage of the new "Cleveland Rocks" opening.
