Supernova is the eleventh Marvel Heroclix set to be produced by Wizkids and released on November 15, 2006.

Ultra-Rare Marvel Zombie figures were placed in Supernova boosters in a ratio of 1:100. They have crossover playability with HorrorClix. The booster containing a Marvel Zombie figure also includes the figure's HorrorClix Monster card. The figures that can be found are:

- Supernova New Guy Nights begin on October 20th, 2006 thru October 26th, 2006.
- Supernova pre-release date is October 28th, 2006.
- Supernova release date is November 15, 2006.
- Supernova Marquee will happen the week of November 16th to 22nd, 2006
- Supernova will be the new Expansion set for Marvel HeroClix.
- As per WizKids announcement: "Open a pack and relive epic battles from classic comic book storylines like the Infinity War, Secret Wars, the “Kree-Skrull War,” and more!"
- The Sinister Marquee (July 14th – 20th) was the qualifying event for the Supernova Pre-Release
