The show follows the work of volunteer Surf Lifesavers on the beaches of New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.[1] It will also feature the work of the Sydney Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopters and Sydney's Offshore Rescue Boats, such as the Cronulla District Lifesaver Rescue Boat. The series is to be produced by Australian production company Cornerbox, with 13 episodes ordered.[2] The program is expected to air in 2007.[3]
