TERAVoice Server is a commercial telephony server platform for Windows. Both pay and free versions are available. Different types of telephony applications can be implemented with TERAVoice:
- Voice-over-IP gateway. Gateway between "legacy" telephony like ISDN or analog POTS and VoIP protocols like H.323 and SIP.
- Voicemail server
- IVR server (Interactive Voice Response)
- Call center software for call distribution and waiting queue management
