The Atlantis Interceptors (aka Predatori di Atlantide, I) is a 1983 Italian science fiction film starring Christopher Connelly and directed by Ruggero Deodato. When the lost city of Atlantis resurfaces off the coast of Miami Florida in 1994 Mike and Washington are two scientists working to raise a sunken Russian nuclear submarine to an ocean platform.
This Mad Max style movie was not well received by critics being described by science fiction author David Wingrove in his Science Fiction Film Source Book as "Not so much suspension of disbelief as total suspension of all brain activity"
