Thomas Patrick McLean is a Canadian football player who is a reserve centre half for Accrington Stanley of Football League Two in England. He was born on September 22, 1988 in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
McLean lived in his hometown till the age of 15. He then moved to England when he was signed to Burnley Football Club on schoolboy forms. He made his debut for the club's youth team at the age of 15 against Halifax Town. He played two seasons at the Lancashire club.
McLean played for the Canadian under-17 team at the Fire and Ice Tournament during the summer of 2004. He was part of the Canadian team that beat the United States of America 2-1 in the Fire and Ice series.
McLean is currently playing for Accrington Stanley. He has made many reserve appearances for the club after first missing the first half of the 2005-2006 season due to a broken 5th metatarsal.
