I am Terry C and I live in Corfe Mullen, Dorset in the United Kingdom. I work as an engineering manager and consultant for a local engineering company that specialises in test systems.
I was born in Northampton in 1950 and spent 14 years in the Fleet Air Arm of the Royal Navy, before settling in Dorset. I'm interested in anything to do with computing (Linux in particular), technology, history, rambling and conservation.
My first article was an expansion of the stub about my village, which I still update occasionally as new events occur or I learn something new about its history. My other major projects are still ongoing and are related to radar systems; in particular Pulse-Doppler radar and Radar Signal Characteristics.
