Tunnuniq

Tunnuniq is a territorial electoral district (riding) for the Legislative Assembly of Nunavut, Canada.
The riding consists of the community of Pond Inlet.
The riding was previously held by Member of the Legislative Assembly Jobie Nutarak.
In the by-election held 16 October 2006 to fill the vacancy after Jobie's death on April 23, 2006 James Arvaluk was elected. WIth a voter turnout of 73%, Arvaluk was elected with 206 votes over Rohda Cunningham (150 votes), Joseph Krimmerdjuar (68 votes) and Sam Omik (53 votes).
