- Tupac Inca Yupanqui — died 1493, the tenth Sapanoso Inca of the Inca Empire.
- Túpac Amaru — died 1572, the last indigenous leader of the Inca people in Peru.
- Túpac Amaru II — died 1781, a descendant of the Inca chief Tupac Amaru and leader of the 1780's uprising in colonial day Cusco, Peru.
- Tupac Katari — died 1781, the leader of a rebellion of indigenous people in Bolivia.
- Tupac Katari Guerrilla Army — an indigenous guerrilla movement in Bolivia active during the 1990s
