[edit] SB Race, Chickwak loss
Note to self: Will add a bit about the NC State Student Body president race later. Summary: Chickwak is clearly leading and looks like he's going to win, then someone finds evidence that he is a Carolina fan and he promptly looses by one of the greatest margins ever seen. Classic. theanphibian 03:30, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Sidney Lowe's illness
Sidney Lowe: 1-2*
- At the February 21, 2007 game, Sidney Lowe was rushed to the hospital due to a dehydration as a result of the flu at halftime. Assistant coach Monte Towe filled in for Lowe for the second half, but the loss is still accredited to Lowe's record.
this how lowe's record was
Sidney Lowe: 1-2 that is how it is currently. Is it worthy of putting an astrice or not i vote yes AceKingQueenJack 00:53, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
- If this is the only time a coach has left a UNC-NCSU game, then I say yes. If it's not unusual, then no. --TinMan 01:17, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

- I say definitely no. To repeat what I said when removing the original qualification: though he wasn't present the entire game, the results still represent a loss during his tenure as head coach. It's still part of the "Sidney Lowe era" and that's what the record should represent. And as Ebtunc2006 noted with his edit, coaches ejected from games are still counted with the loss. I understand that the circumstances are a little different because Lowe left through no fault of his own, but the principle is the same.--Benstrider 03:47, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
- Has any ejection/removal/leaving/teleporting happened in the NCSU/UNC game past though? I personally don't know. It's an article on the rivalry, so any unique contributing factors may be interesting. Maybe not as a sidenote disputing the record though. I agree, Lowe was still considered "head coach"; there was just a fill-in. --TinMan 04:08, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Overall record
The breakdowns into different categories is nice, but nowhere does the article mention the total series record. Adding up the records given by decade gives an overall total of UNC 133, NCSU 75. Can anyone confirm that this is correct and includes all meeting between these two teams? Benstrider 19:49, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
There needs to be somewhere where you show what the numbers mean. Are they ACC records? Overall records? Game scores? That needs to be shown... and preferably not in so much a list. Plus, there should be some dates behind these records. --TinMan 03:42, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
