The United Nations Humanitarian Response Depot (UNHRD) is a service base operated by the World Food Programme (WFP) at the military airport in Brindisi, Apulia, Italy.

In June 2000, the former "Pisa Warehouse" managed by OCHA was transferred to Brindisi, establishing UNHRD.
[edit] Functions
UNHRD stockpiles rapid response equipment and survival items and organizes emergency shipments as well as technical assistance operations, maintaining a 365-day 24-hour duty service.

From the UNHRD base, emergency humanitarian relief items can be sent anywhere in the world within 24/48 hours.
In 2003, UNHRD carried out 174 shipments valued at US$ 8.8m total.
