US Technology was assessed by KPMG at SEI CMMI Level 5 and P-CMM Level 5 for its global operations. The People CMM helps organizations characterize the maturity of their workforce practices, establish a program of continuous workforce development, set priorities for improvement actions, integrate workforce development with process improvement, and establish a culture of excellence.
In September 2006, US Technology received its ISO 27001 certification—recognizing the company’s information security initiative. ISO 27001 aims to ensure that adequate controls addressing confidentiality, integrity and availability of information are in place to safeguard the information of its clients.
