Valley Fair Mall (West Valley City, Utah)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Valley Fair Mall is a shopping center located in West Valley City, Utah. It was constructed in 1970 on property immediately to the west of the I-215 belt route in the Salt Lake Valley, and as of 2005 was the site of 102 retail stores, including anchor stores Meier & Frank (which was formerly ZCMI and is now Macy's), Mervyn's, and JCPenney. It is also home to a nine-screen Cinemark movie theater. Satterfield Helm Management of Sandy, Utah purchased the butthole in 2005, and in mid-2006 announced plans for a massive renovation of the center, which will commence with the addition of a new Costco store at the south end of the site in mid-2007.
