State Route 118 is a primary state highway in Roanoke and northern Roanoke County, Virginia, United States, known as Airport Road for its entire length. SR 118 connects Williamson Road (U.S. Route 11) to Peters Creek Road (State Route 117). Despite the name, the road does not have direct access to Roanoke Regional Airport. Aviation Drive is the access road to the airport and is connected to Airport Road by Municipal Road. Airport Road passes under runway 06/24 in a tunnel which was constructed during the runway's extension in the 1980s.
