I own up to taking the photos of Wanderers cruising on the Orwell during the WCOA organised East Coast Cruise from Shotley ;~). I have checked, hence the delay, with all the boat owners featured in the photos [Chris Partington W463, Nick Cook W1473 and Stephen Clampin W1318] and can confirm that they and I grant permission for the photos to be used in your Wikipedia entry subject to an appropriate credit - something along the line of 'Photo by Terry Pullen - all rights reserved' should surfice.
