Waseem Kayani

Waseem Kayani (born 28 April 1977) is one of the suspects arrested in the UK in connection to the 2006 transatlantic aircraft terrorist plot in the United Kingdom, and one of the nineteen whose accounts were frozen by the Bank of England.[1]
Waseem Kayani is a taxi driver. Security forces in UK believed he was the head of a terrorst cell in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire [1]. He knew Shazad Khuram Ali another suspect arrested at the same time. [2]. Mr. Kayani's father said that his son is innocent.
Waseem Kayani was released after being held by the Police for 28 days at Paddington Police Station and at Belmarsh Prison. He was not charged with ANY crime.[citation needed]
