"Where There's Smoke" is the series finale of That's So Raven. (Chronologically this is not the last episode.)

While Victor's away, Raven is in charge of Cory. When she finds a pack of cigarettes in his shirt pocket, she thinks he's taken up smoking. Actually, Cory is just holding them to stop Cindy (Cory's girlfriend) from smoking. Raven puts Eddie and Chelsea in charge of cooking her father's casserole.
