[edit] Project banner
The {{WPMILHIST}} project banner template should be added (not subst:ed) to the talk page of every article within the scope of the project. While the template does not require any additional parameters, it has a number of optional ones that add various extra features to the banner. The full syntax is as follows:
{{WPMILHIST |small= |nested= |class= |auto= |A-Class= |peer-review= |old-peer-review= |attention= |needs-infobox= <!-- B-Class checklist --> <!-- 1. It is suitably referenced, and all major points are appropriately cited. --> |B-Class-1= <!-- 2. It reasonably covers the topic, and does not contain major omissions or inaccuracies. --> |B-Class-2= <!-- 3. It has a defined structure, including a lead section and one or more sections of content. --> |B-Class-3= <!-- 4. It is free from major grammatical errors. --> |B-Class-4= <!-- 5. It contains appropriate supporting materials, such as an infobox, images, or diagrams. --> |B-Class-5= <!-- Portals --> |portal1-name= |portal1-link= |portal2-name= |portal2-link= |portal3-name= |portal3-link= |portal4-name= |portal4-link= |portal5-name= |portal5-link= <!-- Task forces (general topics) --> |Aviation-task-force= |Historiography-task-force= |Maritime-task-force= |Memorials-task-force= |Science-task-force= |Technology-task-force= |Weaponry-task-force= <!-- Task forces (nations and regions) --> |African-task-force= |Australian-task-force= |Balkan-task-force= |British-task-force= |Canadian-task-force= |Chinese-task-force= |Dutch-task-force= |French-task-force= |German-task-force= |Indian-task-force= |Italian-task-force= |Japanese-task-force= |Korean-task-force= |Middle-Eastern-task-force= |New-Zealand-task-force= |Nordic-task-force= |Ottoman-task-force= |Polish-task-force= |Russian-task-force= |South-American-task-force= |Southeast-Asian-task-force= |Spanish-task-force= |US-task-force= <!-- Task forces (periods and conflicts) --> |Classical-task-force= |Medieval-task-force= |Early-Modern-task-force= |Napoleonic-task-force= |ACW-task-force= |WWI-task-force= |WWII-task-force= }}
