Hi, with respect to your query on the talk page, the text of the judgement answers the query & I will add it soon as soon as I read the judgement in its entirety. Specifically, the Supreme Court of India said the following: There is no conflict between the general burden that lies on the prosecution in a criminal case and the special burden imposed on the accused under s. 105 of the Evidence Act where he pleads any of the General Exceptions mentioned in the Indian Penal Code. The presumption of innocence in the favour of the accused continues all through and the burden that lies on the prosecution to prove his guilt, except where the statute provides otherwise, never shifts. Even if the accused fails to prove the Exception the prosecution has to discharge its own burden and the evidence adduced, although insufficient to establish the Exception, may be sufficient to negative one or more of the ingredients of the offence. BTW, although you blanked out your query in good faith, its not recommended and in this, it actually helps others who have the same query. regards --Pamri • Talk 03:31, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

I'm curious about how you made the 2002 Bundestag elections results graph. What software did you use? What do the inner and outer rings mean?

I used Microsoft Excel to make the Bundestag graph as a pie chart -- I can send you an example spreadsheet or describe the process if you are thinking of making something similar for another article or project.

The inner ring represents the pre-election party balance for comparison (the number in parentheses). I use a half-circle for both rings because I've seen more examples like that in the past, I think. Willhsmit 18:33, 23 November 2006 (UTC)

What a brilliant idea to set up those little chronologies year by year. (At Least, as far as I can work out it was you, back in 2004.) Thank you. It helps to simplify an inherently complicated subject, and also is seriously useful for linking across to, when one wants to refer from another article in relation to some consequence of the fighting, without landing the reader with a 34 page half hour read - fascinating though that half hour might be when (s)he had the time.
