Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

A young boy whose drawings magically come to life is forced to create a drawing that transforms a demon into a super villain. To help the Charmed Ones stop the demon, the boy creates a new drawing that turns Piper, Phoebe and Paige into comic book super heroines. Meanwhile, after trying to be good for a while, Cole's dark side forces him to kill an innocent while protecting Phoebe, thus further separating the two's relationship.

Arnon: A demon who threatened a witch named Kevin to create a superhero character named the Aggressor to steal the powers of the Elder Ramus. He has the ability to sense great powers, but does not possess any himself. He temporarily possessed the Elder's powers which he lost and passed on to Kevin after Piper vanquished him.

Kevin: A novice witch with the rare ability to cause drawings or pictures to materialize: "Thought Projection". Unfortunately this power was not fully developed as he became an Elder before he could master his gift or learn about his witch heritage. It is also unknown whenever Kevin was one of the many Elders that were killed by the Titans.

The title of this episode is a play on words of the film Robin Hood: Men in Tights.
An alternate title for this episode that The WB used in promotional commercials was Magic Wears a Mask.
This is one of many episodes in which one of the Charmed Ones is referred to as Wonder Woman, in this case being Phoebe. Similarly, actress Jeannie Epper, who plays an elderly woman in this episode, was previously the main stunt woman used on the television series Wonder Woman.
Kevin's power to project drawings to life is similar to that of Billie Jenkins, who was a regular in the eighth season. She could use her power to physically project her desires. It is also similar to the power possessed by Wyatt Halliwell.
Dave's apartment is the same one used in the episodes Dream Sorcerer and The Witch Is Back.
When Cole and Phoebe are talking on the roof, the Transamerica Pyramid appears in the background behind them both when the flag is behind them, and when the camera angle switches to the reverse side so it would be about where the flag is.
Ramus said his powers are mental and that is why he could not teleport himself; however, he is able to levitate in the air as Leo did.
We learn in this episode that Witches may become Elders by possession of a previous Elder's power.
When Piper is a superhero she moves with super speed. This is the second time we see her demonstrate this ability, the first time is in the season two episode Awakened and again later in the season eight episode Gone with the Witches.
The original drawing of the Charmed Ones as superheroes is different from the one Arnon tore up. This is noticable if you look closely at the images of Piper and Paige.
