With Friends Like These/Sailing the 7 Zzz's was the first episode of the fourth season of the Animated Television series Rocko's Modern Life.

In this Story, Heffer and Filburt compete for Rocko's friendship after Rocko wins two tickets to a wrestling match. However, Rocko grows tired of their competition and states that he's going solo. However, Heff and Filb fail to heed the message and both of them handcuff Rocko and drag him to the arena while arguing in the most absurd situations. By the time they get to the arena, Rocko wakes up and goes insane and rips the tickets into shreds. Heff and Filb's confrontation subside and apologize to Rocko. However, when it's announced on the radio that the first two people hancuffed together will get two tickets the monster truck rally, Heff and Filb resume bickering over who's Rocko's best friend while racing to the get the tickets.
Trivia:
In this episode, Rocko wakes up in his tank top and discovers he is handcuffed to Heffer. While bringing Heffer downstairs, he has his normal shirt on. As he brings Heffer outside, he is wearing his tank-top again.

In this Story, Mr. Bighead, while sleepwalking, thinks he's a pirate and tries repeatedly to get a treasure map from Rocko.
